講番這首「秋色」, 我也非常喜歡慧嫻那個版. 所以非常surprise聽到原版的俏皮, 好似D卡通片主題曲咁. 兩個版相比, 中文版勝好多皮.

《秋色》的確比原版出色，編曲的杜自持應記一功。可以一提，原版最初收錄於立花理佐的single《サヨナラを言わせないで》（不要說再見）的side b。而兩首歌的旋律，皆出自著名音樂人久石讓的手筆。

After some googling I've found out! It wasn't a brilliant idea by Polygram (to make the uptempo jpop a slow ballad)! The original is probably Joe Hisaishi/Hisaishi Joe (久石譲)'s version for the 1988 movie "Hana-Bi"! The final 3.5min of the film http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNjQyODY3OTY=.html

Still a very wise choice by Polygram to opt for the slow/ballad version instead of the uptempo vocal version! I hope this helps! Love this Priscilla song ;-)

Now listen to Priscilla's song again! I'm not so sure it's the same song anymore! I'm confused now! I got carried away by Joe's great moving/touching piece of music! If I'm wrong: compliment to Michael Au & Andrew Tuason (杜自持)!

Hi Guys, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR to everyone!!!

I went to HK for holiday last month, bought a bunch of old 陳慧嫻 CDs, after coming back to Sydney, I listened to them non stop for a whole week!! 秋色 was one of my VERY FAVORITE songs, everything from the lyrics to the instrumental arrangements, it's PERFECT!

I am shock to hear the original version sounded like this!!!??
