I have tried again to hunt down the inspiration for this track but still no luck. The arrangement of the cantonese version is just way too different from the other two english versions, there gotta be some disco-lized cover in the early 90s somewhere by some unknown artists. I simply adore this track, great melody, I especially like Grasshopper's arrangement, but also enjoy the AOR style arrangement.
Just a week before June, I haven't even started preparing the June posts. I am getting a little worries cause I am way behind on posts preparation, don't be surprise if one Sunday or Wednesday, it misses some posts. More than likely, it will be there the next day. I am trying my best to keep this going... hang in there.
This is a great song! Thanks for the repost! I also like Grasshopper's more uptempo approach! I didn't find the inspired-by original yet! I only found the stick-to-the-original covers (more ballad/down tempo)! Maybe we have to look for Japanese covers for this! Perhaps it's only a great arrangements by 江志華!

Hi Benny, if we can help in any way please tell us: finding/contributing the audio file, finding cover arts, etc. And if it really doesn't come out you can switch to once a week (on Sunday only) instead of twice a week (Wednesday+Sunday)! I think that's better for you (so you don't have to rush for the June posts)!
I've tried but I didn't find Japanese covers for the song! But I did find a cover with the length of 5min! So it comes closer to Grasshopper's 5:14! Too bad I didn't find any preview to check whether it's a more uptempo or the ballad! I just looked for the same title but I didn't check the composers! I hope it's the same song!

Thanks for offering helps. I am trying. As far as mp3 file goes, I have most of them ready, it just takes time to find the album, year of release, cover, the preview link ...etc. I may do one week at time and see how that goes. Tonight, I will work on the first of June.

Okay, I checked the photo: I saw Bill LaBounty! So it's the same song. Let's hope it the correct one! CD was on Japan Label Polystar, which I believe it's part of Polygram! And in 1990, 2 years before Grasshopper's! A very good match. I'll try to get the CD.
