灰色可以說是林憶蓮第一隻大熱作品, 也為她拿好多獎. 記得那時她那個地拖頭(比夢了瘋了倦了時期更瘋 in my opinion) :P 還有唱灰色時的動作都是個trademark. 其實灰色大碟內的好歌一蘿蘿, 基本上, 十首歌我都覺得好聽, 不過如果要我排次序的話, 灰色這首歌大概是在中間位置吧.
被改編的Pepsi & Shirlie, 我就非常之喜歡, 她們只出了兩張大碟, 首張All Right Now絕對是經典, 又是首首都好聽的一張大碟. 第二張碟Change雖然沒有突破她們的第一張碟, 但都是可以一聽的大碟. 林憶蓮也改了她們第二張碟內的Someday. Pepsi & Shirlie 原本是為Wham唱和音的, 後來自己也出碟了. 外國唱和音變主音的例子都幾多, 香港反而少見.
