I have always loved 憑甚麼! First I believed from Anita. But it didn't make an impression on me! Until Grasshopper's remake I remembered Anita's! Now listening to Anita's I appreciate it more! She had good music sense to cover this song! But Grasshopper's revamped version is W O W: more powerful!
Included original: Shirley Lewis - Realistic is in its "Mighty Real Mix" (AKA Album Version)! Because it was single release there were more versions/mixes available: Real Mix//Oh, Really! Mix-Short Cut//R&B Version//etc. Thanks to my friend from France I've got this mix!
I don't know which one was the inspiration, perhaps both! You'll be the judge yourself! Clearly Anita's version starts with the scream/yell: Wah like the R&B Version! Grasshopper when covering from Anita's had dropped the scream/yell! I prefer the R&B Version myself: more revamped/powerful! I've made 2 edits for both versions! Hope you'll like it (comments are welcome)!
