「In The Air Tonight」是Phil Collins 1981年 goes solo後第一首細碟, 歌曲那個signature的鼓聲一聽便會認得出. 雖然被sampling同cover過不知多少次. 其實, 我覺得這首歌不是容易改成廣東版的, 因為它一點都不像一般香港的流行曲式. it's a song that builds up the mood. 5分半鐘的歌有4分鐘都有很沈靜的, 到了尾部的分半鐘才是歌曲的高潮. 老實說, 改得唔好, 歌會變了好悶. 還有英文版的詞是很配合個mood. 中文詞要捉那個神緒唔易. 張立基的改編算合格吧, 你話改得好好, 我又唔覺. Phil Collins嗰版始終係classic.
