I remember how popular this song was back then, and especially in Karaoke. But I do prefer the original more actually after I have listened to both versions back to back tonight. The original is more up and down, Hacken's version tastes kind of flat to me.

A great song! I used to sing Hacken's cover @ karaoke-bars! First heard Chang Hao Che's original on 寶麗金精裝國語專輯 (2CD)

Original is so much better: Chang's voice/technique were better & also the arrangement @ 2:40 piano is more classier than the sax! Original file included a tiny bit of the next coming up song!
