First of all, for Feb posts, I need to send a personal thanks to GC, cause he shared quite a few of songs, including this one. Of course, Griffin as usual. Undoubtedly, his help has been a big part of this blog.

Anyway, back to the song, Andre Hehanusa is actually an Indonesian singer, that's all I found out. I have no idea when this song was released and from which album. Perhaps someone in that area can help to identify.

I like the simplicity of this song, the acoustic arrangement. Personally I perfer Patrick Tam's version, for the simple reason that I know what he is singing. I still appreciate the original though even though I had no clue what he is singing. :)

I found this original in May 2010!Patrick Tam did a great job! I love both (but prefer original a bit more)! I also don't know the complete lyrics' meaning. But the "feel" is very good!

I couldn't think of a good abbreviate for Indonesia. 印 seems to associate with 印度 more often. 尼 does not really strike my mind as 印尼 neither. But oh well.

Indonesia=印度 尼西亞 & 印傭 is also not someone from India! Go ahead with 印! I don't remember many covers' original from Indian songs (at least: from the found/known ones)! Or you should stick with Malay (see wiki)! Sorry!

it's true. Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Indonesia are very similar...still there are some difference in between... for example:
Karena Kutahu Engkau Begitu

we will write KERANA instead of KARENA...

there is slight difference in pronounciation too...
