Have Winnie's album! Loved this song! But didn't find the original until our big hunt last year!
Hunch in May 2010 it was Brenda K. Starr - Say The Word! Confirmed in July 2010 after I received the CD & shared the file!
Great song. Both are "exactly" the same in arrangements! Love them both!
I feel the beat in the original is somewhat stronger, which is more ear catchy. But on the other hand, I like Winnie Lau's voice over Brenda K Starr's. Brenda's voice is too high for me at times.
