Thanks Griffin for finding this one. Both myself and 鉛筆一丁 spent a great deal of time hunting the last few songs Grasshopper possibly covered, and couldn't find this one. Absolutely love 一等再等, again I think Grasshopper's version is better than the original. The original isn't bad, Guys Next Door sounds kind of like the early form of the later really popular ballad-type kind of boy bands like All4One, Backstreet Boys, Westlife and so on...
Found this one after countless failures in June 2010!

I like them both, a great, great song! But prefer Grasshopper's a cappella ending: excellent!
