原版好聽D. 鄭嘉穎早期的腔還是好嫩.
Well, I was a fan of Kevin back then! First heard this song off his debut album! I fell in love with this song! So I tried & found the original back then! If it wasn't that good I wouldn't have found it so soon! And I couldn't contribute that easily when you were trying to find his originals!
I believe the problem is that 96kbps file didn;t do it any justice to the original! His CD has the DDD-label (Digital Recording, Mixing/Editing & Mastering)! He was better as a full time singer back then! I found he was a bit rusty & uncomfortable in singing on his comeback!
Original is of course a great song! I believe the performance wasn't that great! Please check them again with the 128kbps version I just sent you! Cover VS original: deuce!

P.S: About 96Kbps, whenever I don't have the canto CD myself and I want to post the song, usually I rip a copy from xiami. That explains why it's so low quality.
Understandable! But have you noticed the difference? Does the cover sound better now? It's actually not that bad! ;-P
Well, I didn't say it's bad... just saying his singing technique was still very green in his first album. :) Even Sandy Lam or Jacky Cheung had had their "green" periods.

i like kevin very much when he 1st came out. i still keep his debut cd. his voice was green but the songs selection on his debut were considered good. 曾在梦中恋爱 remains a place in my neart forever ^^
情迷五月天was ok compared to the original. i like the vocal & lyric to the english version better.
