對吳婉芳的歌不算熟, 從未聽過這首歌. 同其他港姐歌手比, 吳婉芳算唱得ok架啦. Have I heard it wrong, on Vanessa William's version, before she begun to sing, some vocal in the background say "好啊!"? Hehe... I am like what the hack! It probably says "oh ah".
還以為是James Harris III, Terry Lewis或Babyface的作品, 因為實在與Janet Jackson's Control大碟的歌曲是同類似. Vanessa Williams版是勁d也唱得好d, but吳婉芳都ok啦.
I had some of May Ng's cassette (haven't listened to them much, don't have a cassette player anymore)! I don't remember this cover until recently help finding the originals for May Ng. She's one of the best Miss HK/singer (bad example of Miss HK/singer: Elizabeth Lee)! I love May's duet with Andy Lau & some other hits from her albums back then!
Great song-great cover: What is better for MISS HK to cover from MISS AMERICA, hahahaha! Thank you for finding the Edited Version 3:51 for the fair fight between them! Yours 4:01 Edited Version has a 0:09 intro of ringing+phone call! So I believe that's the 3:51 version I meant/found!
